Fixed-scope engineering service

48-Hour Quality Analysis Sprint

Turn one manufacturing dataset into a clear MSA, SPC, process capability, or focused combined review—complete with charts, technical interpretation, and prioritized next actions.

Deliverables / 01

A review that can move into an engineering discussion.

The sprint is designed for teams that already have data but need a faster, structured analysis and a clear technical interpretation.

Data review

Input and structure check

Review the dataset structure, obvious gaps, specification limits, grouping logic, and the assumptions required for the agreed study.

Analysis

Focused statistical review

Run the selected MSA, control-chart, capability, or combined workflow using the existing Mechatrovich analysis system.

Interpretation

Engineering conclusion

Explain what the results support, what they do not prove, the main risks, and the most useful next checks.

Output

Concise PDF report

Receive a structured report with charts, summary metrics, assumptions, findings, and prioritized recommendations.

Handover

One clarification round

Ask one consolidated set of follow-up questions or request one reasonable correction within the agreed scope.

Included

Relevant toolkit license

Continue the workflow internally with the Mechatrovich toolkit that matches the primary analysis used in the sprint.

Scope control / 02

Designed to stay fast, clear, and deliverable.

The 48-hour commitment depends on a narrow scope and complete information. Suitability is confirmed before payment.

Good fit

  • One manufacturing dataset in Excel or CSV format
  • One process, product family, or clearly bounded study
  • Known specification limits or acceptance criteria
  • A defined MSA, SPC, or capability question
  • A team that needs a technical review—not certification

Not included

  • On-site measurement or data collection
  • Regulatory, customer, or third-party certification
  • Unlimited datasets, revisions, or open-ended consulting
  • Final production approval on behalf of your organization
  • Replacement for your approved statistical system or engineering judgement
Working flow / 03

From scope check to report in four steps.

STEP 01

Submit the study summary

Describe the dataset, technical question, required analysis, and decision deadline.

STEP 02

Confirm fit and scope

Mechatrovich confirms whether the request fits the fixed sprint and identifies the required inputs.

STEP 03

Quotation, payment, and data handover

The delivery clock starts after the quotation is accepted, payment is received, and all agreed information are available.

STEP 04

Receive the report

Get the completed review, charts, interpretation, recommendations, and included toolkit license.

Example outputs / 04

Built from working Mechatrovich analysis tools.

These are representative tool outputs, not fabricated client results or testimonials.

Gage R and R measurement system analysis dashboard

MSA / Gage R&R

%GRR, repeatability, reproducibility, ndc, variation components, and diagnostic charts.

SPC Xbar and R control chart dashboard

SPC stability review

Control limits, subgroup behavior, instability signals, and the implications for interpretation.

Process capability analysis dashboard

Process capability

Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, distribution review, time-order behavior, and specification comparison.

Do not paste confidential measurement values into this first form.

Submitting this form does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Mechatrovich will confirm fit, required inputs, delivery timing, quotation, and payment instructions in writing.

Questions / 06

Before submitting a study.

Is the 48-hour delivery guaranteed for every dataset?

No. The commitment applies only after the request is accepted as a fixed-scope sprint and all required data, context, and payment have been received.

Can a combined MSA, SPC, and capability review fit the sprint scope?

Yes, when the dataset and question are tightly bounded. Complex multi-line, multi-product, or multi-characteristic studies may require a revised scope and quotation.

Does the report approve the process or measurement system?

No. The report provides an independent technical analysis and interpretation. Final approval and engineering judgement remain with the client organization.

How will confidential production data be handled?

The initial form collects only a non-confidential study summary. A separate handover process and any required confidentiality terms are agreed before the dataset is transferred.
